The No. 1 product in every Allure editor’s bag? Lip balm. We probably have at least three tubes each. Actually, *counts lip balms* I have…oh, this is embarrassing. I have nine in my work bag at this very moment. Why? Who uses nine lip balms?! (Don’t answer that.)
I mean, it is my job to test products, and I take that task very seriously, especially with this particular category. So seriously that I rarely have favorites because I rotate through them so often. But when I first tried the Endota Hyaluronic Lip Treatment, I knew it wouldn’t be a fling. It was so good that there was no way I was letting it go.
The non-gooey, lightweight balm is pumped with hyaluronic acid to hydrate and plump up lips, along with cocoa seed butter for a subtly sweet scent. I like that it has a touch of fragrance, but not enough to overpower…everything.
It’s the kind of balm you can absolutely wear solo, or layer over a lip liner for a glassy finish. I’m known to do both, and this balm works well for both occasions. Told you, it’s a keeper.
