It takes a lot to dampen the Christmas spirit at the Teigen-Legend household. Chrissy Teigen<\/strong> has been going all in on giving her children fun holiday activities to do, but even the best laid plans of mice and men and multi-hyphenate moms often go awry. And for the Cravings founder, that means a (literally) sweet idea turned into a cosmetic dentistry disaster.<\/p>\n Teigen posted a reel to Instagram on Sunday showing her adorable kiddos \u201cgrowing\u201d candy canes, in which they \u201cplant\u201d peppermint seeds in crushed Oreo \u201csoil,\u201d and they magically grow increasingly large candy canes over the course of a few days. But something backfired as Teigen prepared the extra-large candy canes for their big reveal.<\/p>\n Somehow\u2014it’s not entirely clear\u2014as she was opening the candy cane package, \u201cMy tooth fell off,” she laughs, indecisively covering her mouth to hide the nub that’s left of her natural tooth. \u201cIt’s a veneer. I have the whole piece,\u201d she says. \u201cI was trying to create magic. Now I have no tooth.\u201d<\/p>\n If anyone can handle this situation with humor, it’s Teigen, who goes to her son’s holiday recital the next day with a wonky smile\u2014and a face mask to occasionally cover it.
