Lately, however, it has seemed like Bieber was growing her hair out\u2026 until now, anyway! In a surprise move, Bieber is back to the bob, but it’s not the same short style we remember so fondly\u2014it’s a cute, swingy, ’90s-style lob!<\/p>\n Bieber showed off her fresh cut on Instagram Stories on December 14, posing in the mirror to give us a good, clear look at the new length. Her hair, which previously fell past her collarbones, now hits just above her shoulders. Instead of a blunt, straight-across bob like her 2023 cut, this one was cut with soft layers for motion and movement, with an easy, breezy silhouette that could be styled ultra-sleek or in a voluminous blowout, but can still be pulled up in a bun or ponytail.
