But beauty lovers couldn’t help but notice something else peeking through in her Instagram reel: a fresh set of highlights. Now, thanks to a new outing in New York City, we’re finally getting a proper look at the color update.<\/p>\n Hathaway’s signature deep brunette hair hasn’t undergone a dramatic transformation, but it has definitely been brightened with soft, caramel ribbons of blondness. Rather than a stark contrast, the highlights melt seamlessly into her rich base color, creating dimension without muddying her glossy, rich, brown base.
