Despite its similar look, shape, and feel, TruSkin Sculpted Lip Liner in Mulberry<\/strong> is for lips\u2014not eyes. Good thing, because I\u2019m not too big on eyeliner these days, but I love<\/em> a lip liner.<\/p>\n The twisty, retractable gel-like pencil glides onto Cupid\u2019s bows just as easily as its lid-friendly counterparts, but with a creamier, soft-matte texture in the prettiest light berry shade. It\u2019s made with castor oil, which gives the liner that smooth feel, and offers a touch of moisture to lips, unlike traditional lip pencils.<\/p>\n I also love that this liner doesn\u2019t come with a standalone sharpener (it\u2019s built into the bottom of the tool!), because while I appreciate the addition of an extra tool to my beauty arsenal, I\u2019ll be the first to admit I\u2019ve lost every single sharpener I\u2019ve ever received with a liner. Oops!<\/p>\n Here\u2019s how I use it: After sharpening (tug on the bottom of the pencil to reveal), hold the tool to your lips at a slight angle (instead of straight-on), then outline and fill in. For a more matte finish, wear solo, or if you prefer a sheen-like effect, layer on your favorite lip gloss or balm.
