Allow us to introduce you to the haircut of the summer. If you’ve been itching for a change that’ll have everyone around you doing a double take — but don’t know where to start — Pamela Anderson and Zoe Saldaña served up the ultimate inspiration at the 2025 Met Gala.

On Monday, May 5, stars flocked to the blue carpet at the Metropolitan Museum in New York City dressed to the nines for this year’s theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” with french manicures and dollop bangs galore. But Anderson and Saldaña stole the show with their super-short bob haircuts that rendered them nearly unrecognizable to fans.

Both actors chopped their long hair to a chin length, reminiscent of the French bob. To take the look up a notch, they paired the blunt styles with equally short fringe by way of “micro” bangs — a polarizing yet chic trend.
